RubiCam is a Miniature HD camera with HD-SDI output directly from the camera head. The camera has a single 1/2.8” Exmor CMOS sensor with approximately 2.14 M pixels.
RubiCam has a built in 30:1 Zoom lens being 4.3 mm on the wide end and 129.0mm on the tele. end . A wide angle Lens adaptor can be screwed on to the front of the Camera which will give the wide end of the lens about 90 degrees. (Optional Extra)
All the major parameters of the camera can be controlled by the RubiCam Hand Held Remote Camera Panel ( RCP).
The RubiCam Camera produces a 16:9 HD picture of 1080i, 1080p or 720p with HD-SDI output from the head.
The camera is a 12 Volt DC system and power consumption is approximately 10 watts.
The RubiCam is very small Camera which can supported or slung by ¼” fixing holes top and bottom and measures approximately 2½”x2½”x5” (5x5x10 cms) and weighs approximately a pound (635Ggms)
The RCP can be linked to the Camera Head by RS232 cable or by radio.
The RubiCam Miniature HD Camera is a very suitable camera for Studio, Outside Broadcast, Car, Boat, Aeroplane or indeed any mobile work.
